Releasing the virus of fear!

Step one: Select your specific tapping topic

Step two: Rate your intensity on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the highest)

Step Three: Where do you feel this intensity in your body?

Step Four: Start tapping on the Karate Chop:

Even though I feel so unsettled, anxious and nervous, I accept who I am and how I feel’

‘Even though I feel helpless and powerless to control my own life experience and I feel overwhelmed and lonely, I deeply and completely accept myself’

‘Even though there are so many unusual changes and I don’t like these changes especially when they are forced upon me, I accept my resistance and I do my best anyway’

Step Five: Tap through all the Tapping Points:

  • I feel so unsettled
  • I feel anxious
  • All this nervousness
  • in my body and mind
  • I don’t like to feel this way
  • I have no control
  • over this situation
  • I feel scared and insecure
  • when I cannot control
  • my daily life experience
  • I am worried about the future
  • All this uncertainty
  • makes me anxious
  • There are so many emotions
  • racing through my body
  • and it is hard to stop them
  • I want to avoid
  • emotional discomfort and stress
  • I am overwhelmed and afraid
  • I don’t want to be restricted
  • I want to be free
  • This enforced quiet time
  • is uncomfortable
  • I am afraid of silence
  • I cannot handle it
  • for such a long period of time
  • I usually avoid silence
  • It feels awkward
  • I don’t want to be confronted
  • with my emotions and thoughts
  • of loneliness and feeling alone
  • This self-isolation makes me nervous
  • and sad and I feel abandoned
  • I am resisting this time to be still
  • Even though on the other hand
  • I also welcome the slower pace of life
  • I can do certain things
  • that I otherwise
  • wouldn’t have time for
  • I want to take this time
  • to feel what really matters to me
  • and what I want to focus on
  • what is most important
  • moving into the future
  • Instead of feeling powerless
  • or scared
  • I want to be a full-functioning
  • clear-thinking adult
  • instead of acting impulsively
  • Lately, I have been tempted
  • to engage in more primitive fight, flight
  • or freeze behaviors
  • in an effort to feel safe
  • and in control
  • Even though the outside world
  • is out of control
  • I know I have the capability  
  • to  control my inside world
  • self-nurture and self-sooth
  • with kindness and compassion
  • I want to feel stronger
  • and more resilient
  • during these times of challenge
  • I want to release the emotional drain
  • and build strength and resilience instead
  • I want to have a healthy body
  • and a healthy immune system
  • and therefore,
  • I need to cultivate a healthy strong mind
  • In addition, I want to release
  • my anger and frustration
  • I am angry because
  • this is not how I envisioned
  • the Spring of 2020 to unfold…
  • This deeply violates my expectations
  • and I feel very disappointed
  • sad and hurt because of
  • all my plans that cannot be executed
  • It helps to remember that
  • energy flows where attention goes
  • and fear is the most contagious vibration
  • on the planet right now
  • I don’t want to experience an overwhelming sense
  • of fear and imbalance
  • I don’t want to contribute to
  • the problem with my fearful energy
  • I know I can change my response
  • to a Higher understanding
  • because I always have my free will
  • and free choice on how to respond
  • to any situation
  • I want to extend love and compassion
  • and be a beacon of light
  • have clarity and power
  • for myself and my loved ones
  • I want to be a part of the solution
  • by focusing on positive
  • high-vibrational feelings and thoughts
  • and move gracefully and easily
  • through my days as I witness
  • this Planetary Reboot!
  • There is no greater advantage
  • that I could offer to my body
  • than this gentle releasing of
  • resistance right now
  • because my natural state is one
  • of absolute well-being
  • And in the absence of subconscious resistance
  • my physical body must thrive
  • By deliberately focusing
  • on good-feeling thoughts
  • I allow my physical cells
  • to return to their natural balance
  •  The cells of my body
  • are guided by my Wise Self
  • and they have the ability
  • to find their balance
  • no matter what, every time
  • I will not only find recovery
  • from unwanted conditions
  • but a steady maintaining
  • of well-being will follow
  • As I tap and breathe
  • and release and relax
  • the maintaining of a good-feeling body
  • will come easily
  • even unwanted conditions
  • that have been within me for a while
  • will gradually diminish
  • until they no longer exist
  • These words I am reading now
  • are not about my body
  • but about my allowing of well-being
  • and alignment with my Wise self
  • My body is a reflection
  • of my positive thoughts
  • and releasing resistance
  • will produce positive change
  • I want to take the time
  • to tap and breathe
  • to find inner balance
  • From this place of alignment
  • beneficial behavior will be inspired
  • and wonderful things will unfold
  • with great ease
  • And the more ease I feel
  • the less resistance I hold
  • and the more the cells of my body
  • can find their natural balance
  • This process of breathing and allowing
  • while I am tapping
  • makes it possible to get
  • from wherever I am
  • to wherever I desire to be
  • It is natural for me to feel good
  • and for me to be well
  • and to experience
  • perfect bodily conditions
  • As I am becoming
  • a vibrational match to well-being
  • my body will show me the evidence of that
  • My body is supposed to feel good to me
  • and I am meant to feel healthy inside
  • The more I practice good-feeling thoughts
  • the more I will allow
  • unhindered cellular communication
  • and the more my physical body will thrive!
