We want to feel safe and secure
We want to feel powerful and resilient
We want to face uncertainty confidently and rise again
And most of all we want to feel independent and free
We want to live and express our cherished values for the highest good!

Feeling safe and secure in-spite of uncertainty
Step one: Select your specific tapping topic
Step two: Rate your intensity on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the highest)
Step Three: Where do you feel this intensity in your body?
Step Four: Start tapping on the Karate Chop:
‘Even though I have a whirlwind of emotions inside, I accept who I am and how I feel’
‘Even though I don’t like change and this change feels so uncomfortable I want things to go back the way they were, I deeply and completely accept myself anyway’
‘Even though I feel so overwhelmed and scared and insecure, I accept where I am right now’
Step Five: Tap through all the Tapping Points:
- It is so hard for me to deal with this change
- Change feels uncomfortable
- I want things to go back
- to the way they were
- I have all this resistance inside
- all these mixed emotions
- Sometimes I feel scared
- because I don’t know what the future holds
- Sometimes I am angry
- because it is not fair
- Sometimes I feel overwhelmed
- with uncertainty and worry
- It is scary because
- I cannot control this situation
- I am worried about my health
- Worried for the health of my loved ones
- It is stressful
- to figure out my new daily rhythm
- It is so confusing
- and I don’t like that
- because I want clarity instead
- The outside world
- doesn’t provide security anymore
- The outside world
- is not reliable or predictable anymore
- I feel so sad about this
- I grief my familiar world
- where I felt safe and secure
- It is so hard to be resilient
- It is hard to feel calm and courageous
- How am I supposed to do that?
- Most of the time I feel in fight
- flight or freeze mode
- I want to feel in control
- I want to feel free
- and choose my own decisions
- independently and confidently
- I don’t want to be controlled
- I want to be free
- Free to live my life
- in alignment with my integrity and
- my most cherished values
- I have come to realize
- in these last weeks
- that I cannot control my outside world
- However, I can control my inside world
- I can control the way I respond
- to this new reality
- I can control the way I feel
- and I can control the way I think
- and I like that
- This means I can create my own reality
- I am capable of facing uncertainty
- and rise again
- I want to set my intention every morning
- to feel more calm
- and secure about everything
- no matter what is happening
- in the outside world
- I want to nurture a peaceful mind
- and only focus on the best possible outcome
- for my highest good
- and the highest good of my loved ones
- I want to pre-pave my day
- with the best possible scenario
- for a peaceful experience today
- I want to see the good in things
- and practice a positive optimistic outlook
- in everything I do today
- Even if I cannot control the outside world
- I can control the emotional temperature
- inside my mind and body
- by maintaining a quietness of spirit
- and witness the outside world
- observe the world and
- ‘mind-distancing’
- from the mass consciousness of fear
- I don’t want to worry about
- the things I cannot change
- I want to feel confident and secure
- and mentally at peace
- Beginning today and every day
- I recognize I have the power
- and the ability
- to totally focus my concentration
- on one thing at the time
- I want to be alert
- and focused on my one present activity
- I am developing now the power and the ability
- to reject all thoughts
- other than my desired focus
- Every day I increase my ability a little more
- to focus my concentration at will
- I realize that I can make my personal life
- as peaceful and calm as I want it to be
- Happiness comes from inside of me
- not from other people
- When things don’t go the way
- I want them to go
- I will be patient
- recognizing there is always a solution
- Every time I succeed in holding my focus
- in the positive direction
- I feel better about myself
- and then I like myself more
- Life works better for me when
- I am not looking at others
- to make me feel better
- I know I am the only one
- who can make me happy first
- I want to practice being a positive thinker
- in everything I do
- I know I am a good person
- and I have much to contribute
- I accept the good things in others
- and I don’t dwell on the bad
- I simply let it go
- I recognize I can be anything I want to be
- I want to be a role model
- a guiding light and shine hope
- and be an inspiration
- for people around me
- I want to teach to the clarity
- of my own example
- I want to bring more happiness
- and love into the world
- I know now that I am responsible
- for the way I feel
- I can choose my own emotional state
- and inspire others by showing the way
- of more peace, hope and inspiration
- I know when I put out good
- good comes back to me
- I love knowing that I am discovering
- continuously new creative ways
- to find my way into this new reality
- and it is my intention to
- create more satisfaction
- and more fulfillment than ever before.
- I am ready to rise!
