Did you know that science shows us that positive emotions like joy, love, appreciation, freedom and empowerment have a high-vibrational frequency?

On the other hand negative emotions like fear, depression, despair, powerlessness and hopelessness have a low-vibrational frequency.

Illness, viruses and the like have a low-vibrational frequency. 
So… when we feel negative low-frequency emotions then we are a vibrational match to illness, viruses and so on. 

The good news is we have a choice!

We can choose to raise our personal vibration by tapping into high-frequency good-feeling emotions and boost our emotional immunity which in turn influences our physical immunity! 

It feels empowering to have a tool that allows us to take control over the way we feel and guide us in the direction of what is wanted, especially now!

Strengthen your emotional immunity! 

Step one: Select your specific tapping topic

Step two: Rate your intensity on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the highest)

Step Three: Where do you feel this intensity in your body?

Step Four: Start tapping on the Karate Chop

‘Even though I have these unwanted emotions and I feel confused, I choose to move up the emotional scale and feel more inner peace and clarity’

‘Even though I have so much fear and I feel influenced by the mass consciousness of fear, I accept who I am and I choose to direct my thoughts in the direction of my own independent healthy thinking’

‘Even though I feel emotionally weak and vulnerable and I feel so overwhelmed, I accept how I feel and I choose to self-sooth and feel some relief’

Step Five: Tap through all the Tapping Points:

  • I have so much fear
  • Fear of the future

  • Empathy and compassion
  • feel good to me
  • I don’t want to give
  • my power away
  • to uncontrollable circumstances
  • I am not clear yet
  • as to what I want exactly
  • but one thing is for sure
  • I would rather feel
  • happy than sad
  • I would rather feel
  • refreshed than tired
  • I would rather feel
  • invigorated than enervated
  • I would rather feel free
  • than confined
  • I would rather feel
  • clear than confused
  • I would rather feel
  • secure than doubtful
  • I want to reclaim my balance
  • and sense of wellbeing
  • I want to tune into
  • my natural rhythm of well-being
  • I want to consciously and deliberately
  • direct my life experience
  • by choosing more high-frequency feelings
  • like hopefulness, optimism
  • and positive expectation
  • because on this day
  • no matter where I go
  • no matter what I am doing
  • no matter who I am doing it with
  • It is my dominant intent
  • to look for the good
  • in everything I see
  • Look for the good
  • In everyone I meet
  • When I look for the good
  • that’s what I will find
  • I want to be who I want to be
  • In freedom and joy
  • I can begin again
  • Start to feel good again
  • Appreciate my life again
  • No matter where I have been
  • I can begin again right now
  • If it feels good
  • I will choose it
  • Because feeling good is natural
  • Feeling good is beautiful
  • I will make today count
  • Leaving my tears behind
  • and make today count
  • I will reach for the feeling of
  • feeling relief
  • When I feel less than good
  • I will shift my attention
  • reach for the best-feeling thought
  • I can find in that moment
  • because most of what I want
  • is feeling good
  • I can choose my focus of attention
  • and hold a pristine determination to focus only
  • on what feels better
  • I can choose my own path to follow
  • I can choose my dreams for tomorrow because
  • the better I feel
  • the better it gets and
  • the better it gets
  • the better I feel
  • Wherever I am
  • I want to make the best of it
  • and look for the positive aspects
  • I want to make peace with where I am
  • I can do it now
  • I want to be a part of the solution
  • by being a beacon of light
  • clarity and hope for the people around me
  • I am ready to be the emotional safe haven
  • that I want to see in the world!
  • And so it is!
