Celebrating the Feminine with self-love and self-care!
Step One: Select your specific tapping topic
Step Two: Rate your intensity on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the highest)
Step Three: Where do you feel this intensity in your body?
Step Four: Start Tapping on the Karate Chop Point:
Even though I have this immense fear of not keeping busy-busy-busy, I accept who I am and how I feel’
‘Even though I have this belief I have to ‘keep moving’ otherwise people will judge me, I choose to feel more calm and relaxed’
‘Even though I am terrified a predator will catch me if I stop moving, I choose to give myself a break and take care of me’
Step Five: Tap through all the Tapping Points:
- I have this big urge
- to keep moving
- and moving and moving
- To keep busy
- and busy and busier
- I am so exhausted
- I don’t have any time for me
- I have no energy
- I have no time for fun
- No time or energy
- to fill my own needs
- make myself feel special
- make myself feel important
- Therefore, I expect others
- to make me feel special
- I expect others
- to make me feel important
- And you know what?
- They are not doing it!
- They are too busy
- taking care of themselves
- They are so ‘selfish’
- and I am so ticked off at them
- when they are not filling my basket
- How dare they not do for me
- what I am not doing for myself?
- I have so much fear of not moving
- I am terrified of slowing down
- because then WHAT?
- I am terrified
- of feeling lonely
- I don’t know how
- to turn my loneliness around
- so therefore,
- I cannot slow down
- I am supposed to
- strive for perfection
- and because of this
- I try to control
- everyone and everything
- It is so exhausting
- to make sure
- all my ducks APPEAR
- to be in a row
- My poor body is so tired
- It just cannot keep up
- in this race anymore
- I am always on edge
- to make sure
- I am not being blindsided
- If I would relax
- there is this part of me
- that feels
- it has to stay on guard
- so there does not happen again
- another horrific event to me
- I feel like I need to keep on running
- so the predator cannot catch me
- This running keeps me
- in fight or flight mode
- and it makes it harder
- to lose the fat
- and release the weight
- and then I have to work out
- harder-and-harder-and-harder
- I have this addiction to staying busy
- because I am convinced
- if every second is not filled with busy-ness
- I will feel lost and confused
- and not know what to do with my self
- I want to create
- a new way of living today
- I understand that I had to live this way
- in the past to protect myself
- But today is a new day
- and I want to take it
- one step at the time
- and start trusting myself
- Knowing…
- when I am standing still
- and my guard is down
- I will be safe
- I know now how to keep myself
- safe and secure
- I have grown and expanded so much
- From this moment forward,
- I release all predators from my life
- my relationships will reflect
- my value back to me
- My relationships will only be
- with people who treat me with respect
- I will only be with people
- who love me as much
- as I love them or more,
- who will give to me
- in a way that I give to them
- It is time to gift me
- back to me!
- and this is the honest truth!
