What we will cover:

You will learn in:

Part 1

- Why is EFT so effective?
- How do negative emotions disrupt the energy system?
- How can a healthy energy system improve my life?
- Learn the Basic EFT Recipe and effective Short Cut Versions
- Learn how to handle some of the blocks to EFT
- Plus…. Learn at least 10 ways to refine your application of the Basic Recipe!

Part 2

As a group we will tap on:

- Physical pains and discomforts
- Favorite Food (or other) cravings
- A bothersome specific memory
- Constricted Breathing
- Specific issues related suggested by the Participants (please note, your privacy is always respected)

Please bring your favorite food or craving item to the Course. We will tap for the cravings. You will be amazed and excited to see them disappear, often in minutes!

Please read prior to this Training the FREE 79-Page EFT Manual so you can familiarize yourself already with the Technique and the various Tapping Points. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be accepted up until 30 days prior to the event, minus a $50 cancellation fee. After that no refunds can be given.
